Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trumm & Co.  However if you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.  We will do our best to make it right.

Our return policy is in effect for 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   

To be eligible for a return, please email us at darci@trummco.com BEFORE you return the item.   The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  The customer pays the shipping cost back to us if there is nothing wrong with the item.   If you have purchased earrings, I am sorry these items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and is for your protection.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the cost of the product only, no shipping will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trummco@gmail.com and send your item to:  Trumm & Co, 620 Westfield Ave., Evansville WI 53536

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we well send you a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping policy

Shipping our packages

Package Protection* is offered for every order.  The system will automatically calculate the insurance cost based on the items ordered and the shipping region. Currently we are only shipping within the United States.  Due to the ongoing impacts from Covid-19 pandemic, all mail carriers are experiencing significant package volumes and reduced staffing, which may result in potential transit delays.  Please check the tracking number from your order before contacting us about a missing package.

*Package Protection covers lost or damaged packages.  If you choose to not use Package Protection to insure your order, Trumm & Co is not responsible for any lost or damaged products.  The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of these items. 

If you have Package Protection, please note the claim deadlines below for lost of damaged packages:

 ~ Lost - 10 days from the last tracking update. Package Protection requires customers to wait 10 days before filing a claim as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered. 

 ~ Damaged - within 3 days of when package was marked as delivered. Please make sure you contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged. 

Fulfillment:

We fill your order in 1-3 business days in the order in which it was received. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. Extended time may be required for orders requiring additional customer information or orders placed during peak promotional times or holidays. 

Carrier Pick-up:

Your order gets picked up the next business day by the carrier (usually USPS) and gets scanned in at the facility by the end of the day.

Delivery:

The carrier transports and delivers your order. Please understand that for USPS in particular, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee. If your order is later than you expected, please check the Tracking Number that was sent to you by email after you placed your order to see the last place that your order was scanned.  

Returned Orders:

If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address, mail is unclaimed, addressee is unknown, moved or deceased or refused by the addressee, we will issue a refund only after the package has been returned to us. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less the shipping and the Package Protection insurance and a 15% restocking fee.  If you request to have the item re-shipped to a difference address, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Trumm & Co, 620 Westfield Ave, Evansville WI 53536 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
