Return Policy for Trumm & Co. Earrings
At Trumm & Co., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted earrings. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Understanding the personal nature of earrings and for hygiene reasons, we have a specific return policy in place:
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items:
- Eligibility: If your earrings arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange. We are committed to ensuring you receive the high-quality product you expect from us.
- Process: Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange for damaged or defective items. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographic evidence to help us understand the problem.
- Resolution: Upon review, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. You will have the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. Trumm & Co. will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of a damaged or defective item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings that are not damaged or defective upon arrival. This policy ensures the health and safety of our customers and maintains the integrity of our products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trumm & Co. However if you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make it right.
Our return policy is in effect for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please email us at trummco@gmail.com BEFORE you return the item. The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer pays the shipping cost back to us if there is nothing wrong with the item. If you have purchased earrings, I am sorry these items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and is for your protection.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy for other items from Trumm & Co.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the cost of the product only, no shipping will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trummco@gmail.com and send your item to: Trumm & Co, 620 Westfield Ave., Evansville WI 53536
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we well send you a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
